Blue Mountains Women’s Health & Resource Centre is proud to have supported a Yes vote in the 2023 Referendum.

 

Although the vote was unsuccessful we remain deeply committed to the Uluru Statement from the Heart. We are thankful for the generous invitation offered by the creators of the Statement and to all who supported a more inclusive Australia.  We renew our commitment to the Uluru Statement and continue to work toward its realisation, if not constitutionally then by other means. We will continue to amplify and listen to First Nations voices as we continue our work.
