Can I cancel or change my order?If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to make changes or cancel it. Contact our shop team as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to assist. Email: orders@bmwhrc.org Ph: (02) 4782 5133 and ask to speak with the online shop team Important note: Our online shop is managed by a dedicated team separate from the general health centre staff. For anything related to orders, pickups, products, or payments, please do not contact the main reception or health staff—they will not be able to assist with shop-related queries but can direct you to the online shop team.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as PayPal. Please note: We do not accept cash payments or payment on collection. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase through our online store.

What if you don’t stock my size?We do our best to offer a range of sizes, but as a small, community-focused operation, we sometimes work with limited stock and sizing options. If your size isn’t currently available, feel free to email us at orders@bmwhrc.org—we’d love to hear what you’re looking for. In some cases, we may be able to restock or offer your size in a future batch, especially if there’s enough demand. Letting us know helps us grow in the right direction!

Do you ship internationally?At the moment, we only ship within Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order via post?We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking info via email. Delivery times vary by region but generally range from 3–7 business days. Can I collect my order in person?Yes! You’re welcome to collect your order from us at the Blue Mountains Women’s Health & Resource Centre in Katoomba. Just select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and wait for a confirmation email letting you know your order is ready.

What’s your return/exchange policy?We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email orders@bmwhrc.org with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?Oh no! Please email us at orders@bmwhrc.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and your order number, and we’ll either replace it or refund you.

What if the sizing isn’t right for me?If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange where possible. You’ll need to return the item in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that we operate in small batches, so sizes may be limited—if we don’t have the size you need, we can offer a refund or a credit note instead. Just email us at orders@bmwhrc.org with your order number and we’ll help you sort it out.
