Women's Weaving Workshop

Service Description

Anastasia is a Ngadjuri woman with a passion for creative arts and invites you to a special weaving workshop designed to empower and strengthen women through the art of weaving with raffia. Participants will come together to create a beautiful collective piece while sharing laughter and joy in a supportive space of connection and creation. No experience is necessary-just bring your enthusiasm! Each attendee will also have the opportunity to take home a small item they've crafted during the workshop. This event is by women and for women, and a wonderful chance to weave some magic together. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your piece to the "Art of Persistence" Exhibition opening on International Women's Day on the 8th March at the Cultural Centre.
