서비스 내용

Join us in transforming vandalised Reclaim the Night banners into powerful artworks that raise awareness of violence against women and reimagine a world where women are respected and safe. In this workshop, participants will engage in creative resistance by using printed fragments of the damaged banners as a starting point. Through painting, collage, and mixed-media techniques, we will explore ways to "mend" the torn banners—both literally and symbolically—envisioning a future free from violence and oppression. All materials provided, including paints, paper, and mixed-media tools. No prior art experience is necessary—let’s create, reflect, and reimagine. You're invited to display your piece in The Art of Persistence Exhibition opening on International Women's Day March 8th at the Cultural Centre. Supported by Blue Mountains Cultural Centre.
