QUALITY ASSURANCE, CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT, AND ACCREDITATION

Quality Assurance

We are committed to providing you with high quality health care in a safe environment. To ensure that our centre maintains best practice in governance, management, and service delivery we participate in an accreditation process where we are assessed against national standards. 


Accreditation

The Centre is proudly accredited with AGPAL (Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited) and has been assessed according to the RACGP 5th Edition Standards. To find out more about what this type of accreditation means for our clients please see this short video from AGPAL (above).

Continuous improvement 

To ensure that we deliver the best service for our clients we are always looking for ways we can improve. We welcome your feedback and suggestions about our service.
